Supporting your physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.

A Balanced Approach to Help You Build a Sustainable, Positive Relationship with Your Body

My goal is to help you find a healthy life balance that supports your physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. I call these my 4 Elements, and they underpin everything I do.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped clients commit to their health so they can live their purpose and feel better doing so. I’m a lifelong Vancouver resident, certified Kinesiologist, and former collegiate soccer champion. My journey hasn’t been linear—illness ended my athletic career and led me through a challenging period of recovery and self-discovery.

That experience shaped my commitment to helping others build sustainable, positive relationships with their bodies. Today, I combine professional training with personal resilience to guide clients toward meaningful, lasting change.

I grew up highly active and earned a soccer and academic scholarship to SFU, where I played on the varsity team that won Nationals in 2000 and was inducted into the BC Soccer Hall of Fame in 2025. The discipline, teamwork, and friendships from that time still influence how I live and work. After graduating in 2002 with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and a Nutrition Certification, I continued playing elite soccer with the Vancouver Angels, but an eating disorder forced me to step away.

The years that followed were the hardest of my life, but they clarified my direction. Through recovery, I committed to helping others pursue healthier, more balanced lives. My background in athletics, injury, rehabilitation, and recovery has shaped my belief that anyone—regardless of their starting point—can improve how they move, feel, and function.

I believe we all have an “inner athlete.” With greater body awareness and the right support, anyone can build strength, resilience, and lasting habits for a more fulfilling life. I work with clients one-on-one and in small groups, creating a supportive environment where people can safely learn, grow, and reconnect with their bodies.

My goal is to help you find balance across your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. True health comes from alignment, self-acceptance, and joy—and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone get there.

I look forward to working with you.
